plants/roots that has to get out to the home gardeners and farmers. Then comes fresh pick Asparagus. And starting the first week
of June Black Raspberry picking till July 4th. In between all this I have my Show Hens:
Cucoco Marans and Easter Egg Chickens that lay colored eggs, chocolate brown, blue, green, teal, rose colored eggs.
So from March 28th till June 1 . . . I can not take any orders for felted items. So be sure and order early.

How To Order. . .
What Does Handcrafted Mean . . .? Felting The Old Fashion Way!!
II get this question a lot so I though I would address it here. An item is handcrafted because of the techniques involved in the
processing of the wool and the individual unique design of each items.
Wool Harvesting:
The Angora Rabbit Wool comes from my herd of Angora Wool Rabbits -- Giants, German, and English Bunnies. Every 3 months
the wool bunnies must be sheared or clipped. Just like giving your dog a hair cut or getting a hair cut your self.
The wool is sorted according length. The long lengths are sold or processed to yarn. Some of the wool is dyed. After the dyeing
process the wool is carded. Then it is felted the old fashion way. Hot water, soap, a wash board. This felting process is repeated
several times. Then the wool is put on racks and dried. Turned several times till it is completely dried.
After drying the felted pieces can be used for processing into items.
So as you can see it is a long lengthy process. . . to make a Handcrafted item!!
